Position Title : Sales Support Coordinator

Position Description

The successful person will thrive in a fast paced environment and provide overall assistance and support to the Tele-Data Solutions sales department. This person will enable the sales team to increase productivity by assuming responsibility for all sales and marketing administrative and support tasks. Responsible for handling sales inquiries, sales activity reporting, proposal preparation and delivery, sales leads distribution, and general administrative duties. Act as clients' advocate and liaison to management, operations and sales departments to assure overall satisfaction.

Principal duties & responsibilities
  • Interface with clients and prospects via phone and email
  • Prioritize scheduling of sales appointments for both "hot" and standard prospects (liaise with salesperson, prospects, and customer)
  • Assist in the overall sales process at various stages, as necessary
  • Prepare product pricing quotations for prospects and clients and review with sales team
  • Identify monthly carrier renewals and prepare report for customer contracts expiring within six (6) months
  • Arrange telecom carrier bill analysis and prepare contracts for customers and prospects
  • Review documents and scrub sales orders to assure all paperwork is complete and correctly submitted (i.e., carriers bills, leasing, etc.)
  • Assist in resolving customers issues (i.e. support, administrative, invoicing, etc.)
  • Compose, proof, and distribute correspondence to prospects and clients
  • Coordinate client contact and communications programs such as letters, email blasts, web updates, etc.
  • Assist in various sales and marketing projects as needed (i.e. mailing, customer events, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Organize, distribute, track, follow up, and update sales leads in CRM system
  • Run and prepare reports on sales and prospecting activities
  • Handle requests for printing and distribution of collateral, brochures, and materials
  • Maintain close working relationships with various departments and provide feedback
  • Make travel arrangements for management, sales, and operations
Requirements
  • Customer oriented and comfortable in a technical, fast paced small to mid-market company
  • Minimum 5-7 years previous experience in a sales oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn business level technical products and pricing knowledge as offered
  • Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Superior letter writing and written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated EXCELLENT prioritization and critical time management skills
